Meg is an experienced leader with a knack for identifying insightful techniques and strategies for growth, while staying intensely focused on patient-centered discussions and outcomes.  

 

With over two decades in the healthcare industry, fifteen in pharmaceutical and biomedical industry, Meg knows the strategy and tactics used by the most successful healthcare companies in the world to introduce new pharmaceuticals and medical products, build brand awareness and revenues, measure clinical and financial outcomes and follow strict compliance standards.

She has hands on experience with front line sales, managing sales teams, and sales leadership.  She has designed training programs for national sales and educator teams for pharmaceutical and biomedical companies and, with a team, implemented training programs nationwide.

 

She also oversaw clinical outcomes, compliance, new hire and managerial training, and readiness for CMS licensure and certification of over sixty facilities for a major dialysis provider with a national footprint.  She piloted programs for integrated care, nurse navigator, and care coordinator roles.  Meg served as the Alabama and Georgia host for congressional and senatorial site visits and presented integrated care results.

Over the past 20 years, Meg has developed a network of former pharma and healthcare executives, clinicians and nurse educators that she can tap for healthcare related projects.

What makes Meg unique is the combination of her sales skills and clinical background. She has a B.S. in Nursing, worked as an emergency department nurse and, later, earned a M.S. from Georgetown University in Nursing with emphasis in leadership, curriculum design and andragogy (curriculum for adult learning).
